Sahara Star supported the organisation of the official launch of 4HER IMPACT, an initiative dedicated to promoting and empowering African women through storytelling, mentorship, and collective action. The event was co-organised with HT Events, in a collaborative approach that brought together strategic planning and creative execution.

Our role focused on ensuring coherence across all aspects of the event, from early planning to on-the-day delivery. We worked closely with the organising team on the selection of the venue, ensuring it aligned with the vision, audience, and tone of the launch.

Sahara Star also contributed to the design and development of invitations, providing guidance on messaging, format, and visual direction to ensure consistency with the brand identity. In addition, we provided strategic input on event décor, supporting choices that were elegant, purposeful, and aligned with the atmosphere of celebration and inspiration.

Beyond aesthetics, we supported the structuring of the programme for the evening, helping to define the flow of activities, key moments, and transitions to create a smooth and engaging experience for participants. We also assisted with the selection and coordination of a professional photographer, ensuring that the event was properly documented through high-quality visuals.

Our contribution extended to communication materials, where we advised on content and presentation to ensure clarity, alignment, and impact across all touchpoints.
